Удобный отель с комнатами квартиного типа. Можно готовить прямо в комнате, причём кухня и спальня - это отдельные комнаты. Но хотелось бы более удобный подушки!

Само расположение хостела White City Hostel, Баку (Азербайджан в старинном особняке, очень удачно, Хостел находится в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от станции метро и множества транспортных маршрутов, в том числе из аэропорта—в аэропорт имени Гейдара Алиева. Просторные комнаты для гостей, не перегруженные спальными местами, высокие 4-х метровые потолки и необыкновенно широкие балконы с видом на перспективу города –отличительные черты хостела White City Hostel, Руководитель хостела, организатор и администратор – позитивный и профессиональный человек Илькин Зейналов (Ilkin Zeynalov). У него всегда всё под контролем, никогда не бывает скандалов или каких-то накладок, всё что ни делает этот человек - он делает быстро и легко, несмотря на то, что гости хостела прибывают из разных стран, он находит со всеми общий язык и решает все возникающие вопросы в любое время дня и ночи. Невозможно не проникнуться его позитивной энергией! Илькин сам встречает гостей хостела, показывает номера для проживания, большие и комфортные кровати, общую кухню, где есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи: плита, кастрюльки, сковородки, кружки, ложки, вилки и т.д. Есть так же микроволновка и 2 холодильника. В хостеле существует золотое правило: не шуметь с 23:00 до 8:00. За этим и за безопасностью хостела четко следит ночной администратор, который и ночью принимает и расселяет прибывающих гостей хостела. Ещё одно правило : приём алкоголя категорически запрещен и гости неукоснительно следуют этому правилу. Всё постельное бельё хостела постоянно стирается и выглаживается. Спать на таком белье - одно удовольствие. Оборудовано место для глажения одежды проживающих в хостеле, уборка производится ежедневно и что немаловажно при скоплении определенного количества людей – дезинфекция помещений. Два маркета, бвнки, маленькие магазинчики, чудесный парк рядом, знаменитая шумная и веселая улица Низами рядом и, конечно, гордость Баку-набережная Каспийского моря в 10 минутах ходьбы –отличительные особенности расположения хостела White City Hostel, Рекомендую ли я Вам там остановиться? - определенно ДА! We stayed in 3-Bed Room from 2nd to 8th Sept. 2024. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. The staff at Reception, Restaurant and Hosekeeping were very polite and cooperative. Breakfast had a wide variety of healthy food items to choose. The location was good with XALQ Bank nearby for currency exchange. Overall, our trip was very enjoyable and good hotel stay added to our nice experience. The tariff was also moderate.

My stay at the Bristol Hotel from 1st Sept to 5th Sept 2023, room No 103, in Baku was an absolute nightmare that stretched over four agonizing nights. Despite its touted central location, this ancient relic of a place doesn't even come close to resembling the ”hotel” it's advertised as online. It's more like a dingy rental hostel with delusions of grandeur. Let's talk about breakfast – a lackluster, uninspired routine that required us to play a waiting game at their absurdly inconvenient hours. And don't even get me started on the absence of room service or the complete absence of drinking water. It's as if they're actively trying to make your stay as miserable as possible. The rooms are laughably non-soundproof, and the pitiful window curtains do nothing to shield you from the relentless onslaught of intrusive light, especially with a blaring nightclub next door. The fact that management couldn't care less about replacing those curtains is infuriating. But wait, there's more! The bathroom lock decided to throw a wrench into my already dreadful experience. I found myself trapped inside the bathroom, envisioning a nightmarish scenario where my partner wasn't in the room to rescue me. Can you imagine being stuck in there for hours, or even days? In all seriousness, I implore you, in the strongest terms possible, to steer clear of this establishment. It's an absolute travesty, and you deserve far better for your stay.

One of the worst hotels ever. My stay was absolutely terrible. We had booked 4 rooms, the hotel was kind of enough to provide us with 2 rooms before the check in time, however when it came to giving us our remaining 2 rooms, we got them much after the check in time (half n hour late). Day 2, breakfast was ok, we went out and came back in the evening, our rooms were all clean. However upon return, my sister found that her makeup box was open and a lipstick was missing, we immediately complained and were told that action will be taken Day 3, we go for breakfast by 10 (which by the way is from 8-10:30) and there are empty dishes They did not even bother to replenish the dishes that got over, simply shrugged and said “it’s over”. We come back at night by 10, and our rooms haven’t been made. Towels were not changed, water wasn’t provided, NOTHING. Had to call the receptionist and he sent water bottle. Interestingly, as soon as he gave me water at around 10:30 PM, he calls and tells me to clear the airport pickup bill immediately (at that very moment). I told him that i will do it at the time of check out, I’m still there for 2 more days, but he didn’t listen and insisted that the airport pick up bill be cleared at 10:30 PM Day 4, once again we arrive for breakfast and once again the dishes are empty, and absolutely zero response from the staff. Day 5, we check out and as luck would have it, again no breakfast because the food got over, the coffee machine wasn’t working and the toaster was also not working. Over all, very rude staff, horrible room, not clean, very bad condition of the bathroom, lipstick issue didn’t get resolved. My bad luck that I had already paid in advance for the five days otherwise I would have checked out on day 2. Even the toiletries were not provided. Shampoo and soap got over by day 3, they didn’t bother to provide new ones. They didn’t replenish the tea bags and sugar kits My advice to fellow traveler’s, DON’T go by the star rating, this hotel deserves 1 or maybe no star rating at all, please don’t stay here or if you do then at your own risk. They don’t understand the concept of boutique hotel. I cannot emphasise on the staff being rude aspect because it was really really really very bad.

Nice hotel, gone for F1 and amazing view. The room was with F1 view, probably better to have just stayed there only rather than get F1 tickets (or just day pass). It has very nice eateries close to it and walking distance. Special thanks to Farhad for the guidance. Airport did arrange hotel pickup which wasn't good as we had to wait for a long time (nearly 1.5hrs) for the taxi guy to sort out matters/other passengers
