Very good location with wet market just next to the hotel and plenty of spa/massage nearby and walking distance to shopping malls (very near BCS mall and just 8-10 min walk to Grand Batam Mall). A2 food court is nearby too. Given its centralized location, grab to various places is fast and cheap. Definitely a plus for its location. Complimentary hotel breakfast is good thou some food is cold, they immediately heat up for you if you asked for it; there is eggs, porridge, lontong and prata station too. For the low price we paid for the room, no complaints. Family suite room is huge! For luxury spa/massage lovers, pls check out Amartha Spa & Massage located at the hotel - be pampered and you will love it! We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Kakitangan sangat mesra. Mereka memberi kami bilik bersambung walaupun kami hanya menempah bilik biasa. Hotel ini agak lama, dan beberapa kemudahan sudah usang. Tetapi secara keseluruhan masih bagus untuk titik harga ini. Lokasi juga bagus. Berjalan terus keluar dan anda boleh menemui banyak restoran.

The room big, cleanliness up to standard, location although seem torn and old but still good and many eateries shops. This hotel very near to Nagoya city walk, about 7 minutes walk. The only unacceptable was the toilet dim especially the shower area. The receptionist, housekeeping and security officer are helpful and alert. Overall this hotel is worthy recommended to all beside affordable price and no breakfast. At present the hotel although under novation (extension work outside) but not noisy.
