Negative: • Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room, resulting in cold showers. • The lobby's air conditioner was out of order, making it inconvenient to spend time with friends in the common area. • The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, and I ended up only having coffee and pastries. • Throughout my four-day stay, I received three different quotes for my room, causing confusion and frustration during the checkout process. Despite presenting a written quote, I was required to pay a higher amount. • The view from my fourth-floor room was disheartening, overlooking an empty lot with dead vegetation. • The ice maker on the fourth floor was out of order. • During my stay for a destination wedding, the hotel staff did not cooperate with the wedding party's arrangements. Despite the bus driver's polite request for the hotel staff to notify guests about the waiting bus outside as they descended from their rooms, the staff rudely refused and displayed a negative attitude towards him. It's unfortunate that the hotel failed to collaborate effectively. Considering these disappointments, I don't foresee returning to Queretaro, and if I do, I will definitely choose a different accommodation option.
