This budget hotel very near to all the eateries (Kimberley night market), 10min walk to Komtar. Can reach there using free bus (Cat) plus 5min walk. Downside is the air con is fixed to the position that the air blown directly to your head some might causes headache and for me is mouth dry.

The room is considered ok, the service is good, but I have already stayed. There is no drinking water in the room. There is only a kettle. Overall, it is considered ok. There is no drinking water provided. The atmosphere is like being at home or a homestay in Ayutthaya.

Facilities: Although relatively simple, you can feel that the store is full of care and has everything you need. Hygiene: Very clean, I feel like home in this environment Environment: Surrounded by Little India, you can walk more than 100 meters to the beach to see the sea. There is a ferry on the other side of the sea. Service: The service is very good. The boss personally helps you with your luggage, and also asks if you want an omelette. He also gives you an Indian pancake to try, which is very considerate.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. I was in transit so only needed the hotel for a few hours to catch a nap and shower. The place is new, you can smell the new shower. You get a nice large space with 2 ceiling fans and an AC that works really well. It seems like a home converted into a hotel where you leave shoes off and kept in a locker before you enter the property. They have cold, warm and hot water machine. My only issue is that throughout the night there were some machine noises going on. So be aware if you are sensitive to sound whilst sleeping. Oh, although they have no lift, the front desk kindly offered to carry my bags to the 2nd floor which was a pleasant touch to my experience.

The room was clean and well-maintained; the only issue was that the toilet had a foul smell and poor noise-cancellation. Other than that, the check-in and out process was smooth, and the employees were very friendly too.

I had an excellent stay at Sembilan Inn by Soft Loft. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great and easily accessible, making it convenient for getting around. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, polite and always ready to help. All amenities were well provided and everything worked perfectly. A fantastic choice for solo travelers and great value for money. Highly recommended!

With the economic price of the hostel, it gets everything including shower (not too hot water), room with air cond. (not very spacious) and a simple free breakfast (only toast with jam/butter & watermelon). Good for backpackers and sth need to know in advance: no shoes allow walking up the stairs to rooms (no lift). Hopefully the cold water section of their water fountain will be fixed, so people can have free cool drinking water without buying bottles. The staffs were nice and got recommended to try mee sotong😄

The hotel management is good they do the room cleaning service on time and overall the room are spacious and air condition with free wifi and hot and cold water is also there

Super slow internet speed. Don't think about using social media or browse the internet with their wifi. Very dusty underneath the bed & behind the TV. Otherwise, clean bedsheets, towels and toilet.
