Merhabalar kış ayı için geldiğimiz tatil de acapulcoyu tercih ettik önerdikleri için açıkçası çok fazla memnun kaldık tesis çok büyük. Ve rahat. Rahat tatil yaptık kalabalık yoktu otelde insan vardı fakat kimseyi göremedik bir yemekler de o kadar büyük ilgi alakayı çok sevdik etkinlikler olsun yemeklerin lezzetleri çorbalara bayıldık odaklarımız temizdi ne istesek hemen getirdiler kahve ve alkollerin kalitesi güzeldi baştan aşağıya bütün personele çok teşekkür ederiz bize kaliteli hizmet verdikleri için yaz için rezervasyon yaptırdık şimdiden sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz teşekkür ederiz

First impressions of the hotel were great. The Christmas decor made it look fabulous. Staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, including entertaining my little boy. We were extremely pleased to be staying there. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by two late night parties (one was on New Year’s Eve so was expected to be on late but not going past 1am as we were told this wouldn’t be the case). It seemed there wasn’t any consideration for the guests staying in the hotel as loud music was playing until past midnight. It seemed that the family who run the business were treating it as if it was their house and not a hotel with paying guests in it. It was a shame these incidents had to overshadow our otherwise great stay there.

We got married on the beach jetty on the 30th September with a small group of friends and family having flown in to celebrate with us. Fulya, the wedding advisor, was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and her communications were clear and explained everything we needed to know. The setting is just so perfect, we had our reception on the roof terrace and opted for the BBQ menu, I have never seen so much food! Our guests all had a wonderful time, with several of them staying at the hotel for a few days after. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was simply amazing, and the service we received from start to finish made our special day that little bit more special as a result. Thank you to everyone involved at the resort for making our wedding day the perfect day for us 💖🥰💖
