It was a good hotel. It's worth every penny. Rifat is a very helpful staff and very decent. Though front desk staff need some training. Some of them were on mobile and some of them didn't have correct information. But overall, it's a good hotel with a great pyramid view (only if the room is pyramid view category)

The room is good enough for the price, the staff are very friendly, the location is perfect , just the wifi they should fix it

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin🙂? Lodging at the Pyramid On The Spot View was one of the best decisions I made while planning our vacation to Egypt. Prior to our arrival, I was in steady contact with an hotel employee by the name of Ahmed. Although, there is 8 hours difference between our countries, Ahmed responses were always prompted. My husband and I booked roundtrip airport transportation and 3 days of events/tours/excursions with the hotel... all for a great price. Ahmed was our tour guide and was with us daily. We also had a driver by the name of Ali. He is the absolute best driver to navigate the unlabled streets in parts of Egypt🤣. The hotel is situated in the heart of Giza. The area is not a luxury tourist area, here, one will get the cultural feel of what it's like to really reside in Giza. The hotel features an outdoor rooftop for dining, which has an incredible view of the pyramids. The hotel not only offers an amazing view, comfortable lodging with crisp, wrinkle-free linens, fresh white towels, tasty meals and drinks daily; they also offer deals you can't beat for tours, along with roundtrip transportation to/from the airport. Your well-being and comfortability is top priority to the staff during your stay. It is 100% genuine, not forced. Everyone had a pleasant and approachable aura about them. As a frequent traveler, I always look at reviews prior to booking any hotel/resort. This hotel does not have many reviews due to it being fairly new but I would insist on giving them a try. In a few months, getting a room here will be hard to come by. Please do not hesitate to book a stay here. Oh and the owner Fatma is amazing🙂. She's a force to be reckon with in the hotel/tourism industry. We absolutely love the hotel and the people who work there. We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

The view from the rooftop of the hotel is amazing, but the facilities and cleanliness of the room are quite different from what you see in the pictures. There was no hot shower when I stayed there.

We as a family spent three nights at The Royal Great Pyramid Inn. All members of the staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean. The roof top restaurant is a very pleasant place to relax and take in the view on a clear day. Only downside was the WiFi access in the rooms. Did not work for us.

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的在203房間。按電梯是3樓的。酒店位置：開羅交通方便，距離金字塔很近。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。沒有一次性拖鞋提供。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：不是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。樓頂吃飯的地方可以看到金字塔

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

If you wanna wake up with a fantastic pyramid view then this is the right place, but don't expect much from the hotel, The guys at the reception will try to sell you overpriced tours to the pyramids that are absolutely not necessary, guides can't entry the pyramids, so you will have a person only rushing you around, just buy the 2 tickets in front of the hotel and you will be perfectly fine, uber works perfectly in Cairo.

Firstly, do not be put off by the entrance, which is off a busy street, next to construction, on a sandy side road. Looks are deceiving. As soon as we arrived and were greeted very warmly by the dear elderly concierge, who guided us up the sing-song elevator, we held our thoughts until we arrived on the top floor. The entire team are incredibly hospitable, accommodating and happy to go out of their way to ensure your comfortable stay. The Inn has stunning views of the pyramids. From the shared balcony, we watched the sunset, the light show and an incredible sunrise. Our room for 4 pax was perfect, with a king and 2 twins, very clean, a/c, Netflix etc. The shower had great pressure and super hot water, just the cure needed after a day meandering around the pyramids. I loved the breakfast; a wide assortment of Egyptian delicacies, as well as eggs to order. We left happily satisfied. We stayed just one night and then proceeded to Cairo but I would not hesitate to recommend Khan Duidar for views and value.

This hotel does what it says. It’s opposite the entrance to the pyramids and the view is outstanding. I arranged a pick up from the hotel and it was so reassuring having someone there to greet me. My room wasn’t quite ready so I was sent to the rooftop bar for breakfast. This was outstanding. Probably enough food for five people. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room is fine. I never had hot water but I probably didn’t really need it. Would recommend

2022年12月31日〜2023年1月1日に一泊滞在しました。 カイロ国際空港よりUberで約40分〜50分、約200EGPで訪れることができました。 大通りに面しており、少し上を見上げると日本語と英語で書かれたホテルの看板が見つかります。入り口を開けるとエレベーターまで、神殿のような廊下が続いており、たしか「ハッサンへ　ようこそ」と日本語で書かれた看板が目につき、海外での日本語に安心感を感じます。 エレベーターで３階のフロントへ到着すると、新しく新装されたモダンな内装になっています。（私が宿泊した時には、オープンして半年程とのことでした。） オーナーのモハメッドハッサンはとても日本語が堪能で、2005年から日本人向けの観光ガイドをされていた経歴を持っています。そして、早速チェックインをし、部屋の案内と各所の説明をしていただきました。 ロビーやトイレ、バスタブ、屋上、部屋を含めて清掃が行き届いており、セキュリティー面も対策されていました。 部屋からは迫力のあるピラミッドが見え、素晴らしい部屋でした。また、日本人向けの仕様に作られているため、防音対策や大きなバスタブ、お湯不足対策の予備タンクを備えるなど、各所に配慮が見られました。 屋上からはさらに迫力のある、ピラミッドビューを見ることができ、部屋数は数組〜数十組分と考えられますので、邪魔されずに思う存分景色を堪能することができます。 朝食はパン、*焼き、チーズ、ハムとシンプルでしたが、私としてはエジプトで生野菜等はお腹を壊す可能性があるので、無いのは良い選択だと思いました。 チェックイン当日は前日のルクソールのホテルで食べた生野菜のせいか、下痢症と悪寒を発症していたため、オーナーに相談すると、おすすめの薬があるということで手配いただき、翌日の朝には治すことができました。上記にもある通り、お腹を壊していただのでバスタブで体を温めることができたのは何よりよかったです。 現在もオーナーは観光ガイドをされているので、翌日のギザのピラミッドとカイロの主要な観光地のガイドをお願いし、内容の濃いツアーとなりました。 エジプト初日のルクソールなどは個人で観光しており大変な思いをしましたが、エジプトではガイドを付けることが最良の選択であることをこのツアーで感じました。 オーナーの他に、もう一人日本語が話せるスタッフもいるため、是非エジプト観光の際には宿泊することをお勧めします。良き滞在となりました。 I stayed there for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took us about 40-50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport for about 200 EGP to visit. The hotel is located on a main street, and if you look up a bit you will find the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, a temple-like hallway leads up to the elevator, where you see a sign that reads ”Welcome to Hassan” in Japanese, which makes you feel at ease with the Japanese language in a foreign country. The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor front desk, which is newly renovated and modernly furnished. (At the time of my stay, the hotel had been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has been a tourist guide for Japanese since 2005. We then quickly checked in and he showed us around the room and explained each part of the hotel. The lobby, restrooms, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all well cleaned and security measures were taken. The room had a great view of the powerful pyramids. The rooms are designed for the Japanese market, with soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank to prevent hot water shortages. The pyramid view from the rooftop is even more impressive, and since there are only enough rooms for a few to several dozen people, you can enjoy the view as much as you like without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple: bread, eggs, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice because raw vegetables in Egypt can cause stomach problems. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before. When I consulted the owner, he arranged for some recommended medicine, which I was able to recover the next morning. Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

Отель относительно чистый и новый. Постельное белье и полотенца нормальеые. Расположение удобное: на первом этаже хороший йеменский ресторан, рядом есть неплохая кофейня, метро близко. Главные достопримечательности Каира равноудалены от отеля. Из системы кондиционирования жутко несёт сигаретным дымом, если есть возможность - не включайте кондиционер. Без ”взятки” дают номера с окнами на магистраль. Требуйте заменить!

Dit hotel was één van de accommodaties waar we verbleven tijdens onze georganiseerde rondreis. We hebben 3 kamers gehad 401, 404 en 405. Kamers en badkamer is ruim. De bedden zijn prima, de buurt is rustig tov de rest in Caïro. De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig maar wij zaten buiten hoogseizoen dus relatief weinig geluid. Pinautomaat is om de hoek. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Wij zijn gewend om koffie en thee zelf te pakken maar het personeel doet dat voor je. Belangrijk: het is er in ieder geval schoon. Dus als je een hotel zoekt in deze buurt zou ik deze gerust kunnen aanbevelen. Bij de balie krijg je een wificode, deze is een dag geldig en dan moet je weer even een nieuwe code halen bij de balie.

اقسم بالله اكتب ما وجدت الاثاث جدا قديم والحمام دخلت مافيه موية لك تتخيل غرفة بدون تلفون تواصل مع الرسبشن ولا توجد ارقام على الغرف الافياش طالعة وخربانة انا سكنت غرفة 303 وياليتني ماسكنت والله على ما اقول شهيد المشكلة كنت دافع قبل اوصل ومن شروطهم تدفع قبل توصل والفلوس لا تسترجع لو ما عجبك الوضع يعني ايه .....
