The hotel has high level of service and facility. The restaurant service and food is supreme. Parking space is totally enough if you do self drive like us. The indoor heat is a little too much even when turn it down like 20 oC. It is -5 to 3 outside. So many onsen option is our reason to pick this hotel. Totally recommend for any small group or family to consider.

The staff is very nice and have a good arrangement of the room. The room is clean and spacious. And we can enjoy the onsen with a good view of whole Maehashi city. Can enjoy the manga after onsen. The food of restaurant is also delicious.

Pros: 1. The room was incredibly spacious, with 4 beds even though we were only a party of 3. The mountain view from the room was fantastic! 2. Overall cleanliness was good. 3. Excellent location near Yubatake, where local shops and dining options are plentiful. 4. The private onsen was amazing, with a convenient button to refill hot water into the tub. 5. Special afternoon and evening times offered free food at the lounges, including ice cream, turnip soup, sausages, noodles, and special amenities like complimentary interdental brushes and facial masks. 6. Hotel staff provided excellent and efficient service. 7. Dinner was a delightful 7-course meal, with each evening featuring a different menu. 8. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. 9. The complimentary parking area was spacious with plenty of spots, located right next to the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. There isn't much to criticise about the place. Perhaps the breakfast spread could vary slightly each day.

高崎JR下車後西出口出來，步行3分鐘就到了。斜對面是朝鮮飯店，路口羅森，全家，711眾多便利店，非常方便。 酒店環境較老，類似國內老的四星酒店，但是乾淨整潔，4點入住前台指引我們免費存行李並辦了房卡。退房以後也可以免費寄存行李，玩完回來再取。服務很好，前台會簡單英語，人美心善。 一樓有吸煙室，五樓有投幣式洗烘一體機，很方便。

沒有選擇草津温泉中心地帶，二是選了1泊2食的木葉酒店。如果你和我一樣，從輕井澤前往草津温泉，那麼這個酒店再適合不過了，因為他們提供免費大巴來回草津温泉和輕井澤，輕井澤站南口出發前往草津温泉是13:15，從草津温泉前往輕井澤是11:00。你需要提前寫郵件預訂座位。晚餐和早餐中規中矩，談不上驚艷，衹能吃飽，早餐甚至不如其集團旗下的御宿野乃。不過温泉還是不錯的，有3個免費私湯，先到先得，還有2個大浴場。另外我們是國慶節來的，房間裏竟然還有蚊子，這在日本酒店不多見，清潔有待加強。

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

Takaragawa Onsen exceeded all expectations. Upon arriving at Jomokogen station, a friendly driver meets you with a sign and drives you comfortably for 25 km. You need to register in advance by sending an email to the hotel. Upon entering, you immediately feel transported to the past: you leave your shoes, choose a yukata robe with an obi, receive socks and special bathing attire, and proceed to your room in a traditional Japanese style (I highly recommend this to fully experience the atmosphere of the place). When you enter the room, you will likely experience a shock, as it feels like you've stepped into an old movie. I recommend a room with a small balcony in the Main building overlooking the river. Check-in is around 3 PM. You can change and head straight to the hot springs. Yes, everyone has been to saunas, steam rooms, and hammams, but the onsen is unlike anything else. It's impossible to convey the emotions. The combination of hot, clear water, pure air, surrounding nature, the rushing river, the play of light on the leaves, the scents, and the silence offers something new and unique. There are three public baths on the premises and one exclusively for women. After bathing, head to the restaurant for dinner, featuring local dishes. I recommend ordering both dinner and breakfast in advance. The food is very delicious and unique. You will sleep on futons, which will be carefully laid out for you while you have dinner. It’s a wonderful experience, and you'll sleep as lightly as a child. I would love to return here to experience that happiness again. One day was not enough.

Stayed in Western Room which is around 65 sqm. Good value for monies with much to do inside hotel and surrounding area. Free shuttle service to Yubatake. Plenty of shopping and eateries in that area. Enjoyed meals in the hotel too.

The hotel is clean, good service and kind staffs. Just a few minutes away from the station, walking distance. Near from restaurants, shop, convenience store. Very good location. No hassle of checking in and out. I had a good breakfast too. I feel relaxed on my 2 nights stay of this hotel. Highly recommended especially for business trip.

這一間都是朋友之選，草津是一個想到好耐之地方，有關酒店太好，一到check in 後，已經有酒店同事帶您到地下作介紹各個可到之處，包括攞小朋友浴袍，自助餐位置，浸浴位置及晚上表演位置，到了晚餐時間，用餐位置相當大，但因有人流管理，整體感覺非常好，早餐亦同樣處理得好好，來年再去gogogo.

我們已經來入住第二次了，這裡非常的棒、櫃檯親切服務又好，重點是這裡的餐點非常好吃，飯店不怕人吃，就是怕你吃不飽！他們的晚餐的份量非常的多！ 牛排鮮嫩多汁、海鮮新鮮好吃、食材都是使用高級食材、房間日式空間很大、窗外風景很美、溫泉泡起來皮膚會很滑、下次只要再來草津還是想再來住這裡、住在這裡，有讓人回家的感覺❤️

It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

很新，很漂亮的日式旅館。從湯鈿邊的入口往上走一小段坡就是酒店入口了，剛好遇到下雪天，小路兩邊是厚厚的積雪，立馬滿足了南方小囡對雪天的渴望。房間又大有乾淨，入住時酒店已經燒好一壺開水，吃完晚飯店家又貼心地放了一壺冰水在桌上。因為來草津的唯一目的就是泡湯，所以不會錯過任何泡湯時機，酒店的男湯，女湯每天會互換一段時間，比較下來女湯區域設施更新，泡兩種源泉也更方便。晚餐，早餐都非常美味，也很大量，吃得心滿意足。 各方面都很周到，完善的酒店，絕對值得提前2個月預訂。

高崎的遊客不多，這家酒店在車站出口左側的LABI電器商店隔條街對面，很好找。車站邊有很多吃飯的地方，我是作為中轉停留了兩天，購買了新瀉長野JRPASS從高崎去長野很方便，回新泄也很快，住宿也便宜。 酒店開了有些年頭了，所以設施不算新。但作為商務酒店，性價比很高。

ロケーション良くサービスも良いコスパの高いビジネスホテル。難を言えば洗面周りの設備が多少古い。また朝食はメニューの数はさほど多くなく、居酒屋も兼ねているために混雑時には座席利用となってしまう。

The hotel's location was decent, and the breakfast was just average. However, the staff were not very helpful and had difficulty communicating in English, which made interactions challenging. Also the room smelled very smoky.

素泊まりで利用しました。 駅近で、客室は11階12階にあり、天気が良い日は眺めが良くていいロケーションだと思います。 室内は、建物自体が新しくないのが見えているけれど、清潔感あるので良しと思いました。 スタッフさんの対応も良かったので、不満もなく過ごせました。 ロビーにたくさんのシャンプー等が置いてあって、凄いなと思いました。

いつものように高崎に行く際は利用中✨ スパがなんといっても素晴らしい👍 サウナ🧖で整う！！ 忙しい仕事で休みが取れない時に頭をリラックスさせるために利用してます！！ 今日は高崎の街も探索😊 焼き鳥屋さん見つけた💡よ！！ お店:焼き鳥九十九 〒370-0053 群馬県高崎市通町９３−２１ 色々、探してみよっと😊

Rooms were small and tight for a couple. Location was great with the rail station just next door. Eateries were easy to find and there is a mall. Super convenient if you need anything. Overall we had a great stay

沒有與Rakuten的系統串接好，導致我沒有辦法完成入住辦理及取得密碼，而且Rakuten端僅有電話可以聯繫，並沒有email方式。 這對國外觀光客非常不友善，還好同行友人有住日本的朋友可以幫忙打電話聯繫Rakuten客服，我們才得以入住飯店。 但直到退租前，我一直沒有收到Rakuten的訂房編號及密碼，就連我要check-out時都需要用屋內的平板與客服聯繫取得訂房編號我才可以完成手續。 飯店的設施非常棒，但是因為系統的關係讓我這次是個不好的住宿體驗。

高崎站東出口出來左轉一直走5分鐘左右的距離，非常方便，就是酒店入口太隱蔽不太好找，旁邊有就DOMREMY工廠直營店，甜黨們的天堂。房間空間適中有按摩椅，浴鹽牙線等都一應俱全。酒店出來右手邊有711，餐飲可以在高崎站解決。10樓的浴場這次太趕沒用上，下次也打算住這家，到時候再試試。
