Nicht unser erster und wird auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol sein, jedoch sind wir ein anderes Service gewohnt. Diesmal war das Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie man es vom Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol gewohnt ist. Am Boden lag Schmutz und Haare. Das Zimmer war veraltet.

l'ambiente pulito e giovane, molto caldo , con un bagno molto spazioso. per la colazione si usufruisce di un locale al piano terra molto bello e fornito, con annessa cucina dove ti preparano le uova a richiesta o altro. unica cosa stonata il bagno in camera con la parete in vetro, che limita un po' la privacy se non si è una coppia affiatata. comunque in questa struttura ci ritornerei molto volentieri, consigliata

Ia adalah lokasi yang baik - tidak jauh dari stesen. Beberapa tempat makan di sekitar jalan utama. Bilik tidak mempunyai peti sejuk atau periuk teh untuk membuat teh. Ia sedang dalam pengubahsuaian fasad ketika saya berada di sana. Mempunyai peti keselamatan di dalam bilik, yang bagus. Saya fikir ia agak mahal untuk tahap keselesaan tertentu.

The hotel is in a great location with easy parking and a bus stop in the back.The service in the lobby is very good and you can get detailed tour guides.And most importantly!The view outside the window is pleasant.

Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help. On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location,just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!

Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer. Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car. Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

Great location, 8 mins walk to train station and front desk was really nice and helpful. Room was a bit too small and the ceiling was too low even for me (standing at 5 ft) for the 2 storey we booked so I kept bumping my head. Other than that, everything else is great!

Kelebihan: Lagipun, ia adalah hotel bertaraf empat bintang Perkakasan asasnya mencapai standard Sekurang-kurangnya ia mempunyai penghawa dingin Saya terkejut dengan hotel tanpa penghawa dingin dua hari lalu tidak ada cerek. Anda boleh meminta berus gigi dan ubat gigi di meja depan. Tuala akan ditukar secara automatik selepas menginap selama dua malam. Terdapat banyak pasar raya dan restoran di seberang jalan. Kelemahan: Lokasi agak jauh, tetapi mujur ada bas ke bandar di depan pintu. Sarapan pagi agak ringkas.

Very close to the historic part of town, a ten minute walk at max. The hotel is outdated, but the room was functional, and the mattresses, pillows, and bedding were excellent. The most comfortable nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was well laid out with plenty of choice, very nice. Best buffet breakfast this tour. If a good bed for the night, good location, and breakfast, I would recommend this for an Insbruck stay.
