This is the second time visit here,There is a shuttle bus from train to hotel, the hotel facilities and services are perfect, the hot spring is great, the temperature is just right,Swimming pool is quite big,I must go again next time.Thankyou Mayumi Kiyu she try her best to helping me,is a nice lady=]and also Rai Rojina she is the one who can speak good english in the hotel,she helping me so much!! 第二次來這裡了，從火車到酒店有專車接送，酒店設施和服務都很完善，溫泉很棒，溫度剛剛好，游泳池挺大的，下次一定要再去 .謝謝Mayumi Kiyu，她盡力幫助我，是一位好員工=]還有Rai Rojina，她是酒店裡能說一口流利英語的人，她幫了我很多！！還有一位會說普通話的男孩，他非常有禮貌，努力的幫我翻譯,thanks!

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.

Nice hotel with awesome lake view and free shuttle bus. Room is very spacious. One thing to note is there is no amenities in the toilet which you need to pay for it

A warm welcoming when arriving hotel with English speaking front desk facilitating check in. Spacious room with stunning lake view. There’re 3 venues for breakfast and lots of tasteful choice especially on the 37/F. Sufficient parking lots charging 500yen per day only! Must choose it again for next time visiting!

Stayed at Youzanso during late March 2023. It was during the cherry blossom season. We (family of four) had the room with the Lake Otsu view and private bath. The room was sufficient for 4 of us but I wouldn't call it spacious. However, the room and bathroom were clean. The room came with dinner and breakfast for 4 of us and costed about AUD800. The dinner and breakfast was quite good and would recommend to anyone considering the half board. It might get old if u were staying for few days but we were only there for one night. We toured Kyoto for the day and stayed here overnight then went back to kyoto for more sightseeing. It wasn't as convenient as if you stayed in Kyoto but the travel wasn't long or difficult. The property is bit dated and looks more like a hotel than a ryokan. The facilities are clean but also look dated as well. However, the public onsen is great, clean and the outdoor bath is a must. The most satisfied hotel for my this solo trip. Feeling great with this hotel. Clean and service is so good, feel enjoy amenities inside hotel room. I love it so much, and is very close to station

3回目の宿泊になります。前回、スロットマシーンが眩しいと電話で伝えるとこの度は最初から電源を切って下さってました！大変細かいところまで配慮して戴き本当にありがたかったです。 携帯の充電器を忘れてしまったのですが、前回充電器がホテルにあったので安心していました。ところが差してみると充電ができずすぐにフロントに電話しました。丁寧に対応して下さり、すぐに代わりの充電器を持って来て下さいました。フロントが24時間対応して下さるので安心です。また、次の機会がありましたら宜しくお願いします😃

I chose Daiwa because of its location is by the lake location and not too far away from Kurokabe distance. Daiwa is famous for good price performance ratio, meaning not expensive room rate yet providing quality room and service. The hotel lobby is grand, and you pick up the bathroom amenities at lobby yourselves. Check in was smooth but you have to bring your own luggage to your room. The hotel charge you Yen 500 for parking per night but give you Yen 500 voucher in return which you can spend in the hotel, not a bad deal. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to the Nagahama station for hotel guests if you are not driving. Even taking a taxi from the station to hotel is not more than 5 minutes. The station is just a few minutes walks to the famous Kurokabe Plaza and its surrounding waling streets. Yukata is available on each floor lobby where you pick your selection and size. We were allocated at the corner room which is very spacious, overlooking the lake and the pier, with windows on two sides, and therefore, very bright when the weather is sunny. We reserved a dinner in the booking with the hotel. The dinner is served in the function. It was a multi course dinner with various cooking method of Omi beef, including stew, hot pot and grill, plus a variety of other dishes such as sashimi. Server is very good and the staff are trying hard to communicate with us in English. The onsen on the ground floor is not very big, but the two nights we stayed are Friday and Saturday, so there were extremely many people. There is a souvenir shop which opens until 9pm, a bit early. After we checked out the hotel, we walked around the Nagahama Castle Park which is five minutes walk away from hotel. The castle was built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the sixteen century but the current castle is a re-built. We dined at the hotel lobby tea lounge for lunch. But the meal was probably the worst meal I have ever had in Japan over the years. I think a tea should be fine with a good view of the lake. The location of the hotel, and the service quality makes an ideal choice when staying in Nagahama.

長期利用したが、コスパがとても良かった。 周辺：彦根駅前でアクセスが良いにも関わらず、繁華街の駅口の反対口である東口で車通りも少ないので静かで快適。最寄りのコンビニが駅反対口の為、若干距離を感じる方もいるかも…下の階に居酒屋とイタリアン、ホテル出てすぐ近くに中華と和洋中レストランがある。駅反対口まで行けばアルプラザや飲み屋さん定食屋さんが多数。ホテルのある東口側では、ホテルから徒歩10分くらいでドラッグストア、イオンタウンやローソン、コメダ、スシロー、ブロンコビリー、ラーメン屋さんなどがある。 部屋：13m²で140cmのベッドがメインをとっている。白を基調とした壁紙、大きい窓があり、圧迫感を感じない。虫が多数入ってくる為に窓は締め切りとなっている。加湿空気清浄機が各部屋に置いてあり、水を入れて自動モードにして置くと乾燥しなくて良い。エアコン、テレビ、冷蔵庫、机、椅子あり。コンセントが机に2つ、ベッド横に２つ。机はパソコンを置いて作業するのに十分な大きさで、照明も明るくできて作業しやすい。 ベッドはブックライトがあり、マットレスも宣伝しているだけあって寝心地良い。枕はフロントでもう1個借りられる。 シャワーは水を出す際に、洗面台と切り替えするタイプ。暖水と冷水の2つ蛇口を自分で調整しなければいけない。 朝食：6:30から平日は9時まで、土日は9:30まで2階のラウンジで食べられる。主食はクロワッサン、ワッフル、ミルクパンなど数種類のパンとトースターの他、2種類のコーンフレーク系、ピラフなどの日替わり味付きご飯がある。メインに日代わりのおかずと味付きゆで*、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージがある。日替わりのおかずはチキン＆アボカドやジンジャーチキンなどで、日によっては2種類おいている時もあった。飲み物は日替わりのスープとご当地みそ汁、スムージーの他にコーヒー、オレンジジュースなど。テイクアウトボックスもあり、部屋で食べることもできる。 滞在最後にラウンジスペースをリフォームしており、朝食以外でも仕事やゆっくり過ごせる場所になりそうな配置で机や椅子を置いていた。機会があればまたこのホテルを使わしてもらうと思う。

所用で家族と2泊しました。立地条件から駅近のこちらを選択しましたが、部屋はビジネスホテルタイプで、決して広いわけではありません。清潔には保たれてますか設備の老朽化は否めずに部屋に入り色々目につく箇所がありました。2連泊ですが1泊ずつ予約したためかカードキーが翌日11時に効かなくなりエラー。フロントで話2枚対応してもらうも、また一枚がエラー再びフロントに行くも謝りなく淡々と手続き。チェックイン時からフロントの方にサービス精神は一切感じられず、事務的。こちらのホテルはそう言うのとは無縁のようです。 部屋の清掃も普段1泊の方が多いからか廊下全面を使い各部屋の使用済みリネンをおばちゃんが広げ、廊下も歩きづらいです。エレベーターも1100-1300あたりはリネン運搬のカートにエレベーターを占拠されなかなかきません。寝るだけならいいですが、あの部屋、サービスにしてはやや高く感じます。

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.

大津駅の目の前なので、電車利用の人にはいいですね。ただ、私は車利用でしたんで、ホテル敷地内に駐車場がなかったのは残念。近くにコインパーキングはありますが、ホテルまで坂を昇り降りの必要があり、朝、パーキング迄上り坂だったのが想定外でした。 これ以外は特に不満はなく、快適に宿泊できました。

コロナウィルス対策として朝食がバイキングから変更。詰められた物を自由に取って部屋か飲食スペースで食べるスタイルに。ホテルからの持ち出しは不可です。

セミダブルルームに連泊しました。 良い点 ・部屋内に空気清浄機、加湿器が付いている ・無料朝食が付いている ・コーヒーの無料サービスがある (時間限定: 宿泊時に確認してください) 値段や駅前からのアクセスを考慮すれば、コスパのよいホテルです。フロントはじめ、スタッフの接客も問題ありません。瀬田駅前でホテルをお探しの方はぜひスマイルホテルを。

施設は大変綺麗でした、カプセル下段はギシギシ言いましたが、静かで寒くなく暑くもなく、よく眠れました。 注意書きに携帯使用不可と書いてありますが、音が出なければインターネットは良いのでは？と思います。 共用スペースに居たら喫煙所に居た男女が大騒ぎしてました。（男女共用？）楽しく喋るのはいいですが、大騒ぎはふさわしい感じではありませんでした。 朝、洗面所が混雑していました。4つしか無くて、お化粧をするには少なすぎると感じました。パジャマはもうワンサイズ大きいといいと思いました。ロッカーは細く、靴しか入りません。朝、荷造りしていたら急に男性が女性用ベッドスペースに入ってきて、びっくりしました。ドアをノックするなり、開けずに「はいりますよ！」と言うなりして欲しかったです。

滋賀県旅行支援が使えて近江牛をいただける宿を探してこちらに行きつきました。こぢんまりした宿なので駐車場も含め館内の移動が少なかったのが想定外に良かったです。チェックインはロビーで座ってさせてもらえるし、無料のミニアイスは食べ放題、卓球はラケットがすごく綺麗でびっくり！楽しませていただきました。 雨だったので湯本館のお風呂は使わず内風呂だけ利用しました。みなさん湯本館に行かれているようで朝も夜も女性側はずっと貸切。熱すぎずいいお湯でした。シャワー周りは老朽感が否めませんが、綺麗にされているのでそこまで嫌な気持ちにはなりません。あと大浴場の化粧水などは無印でした。安アウトバス用のトリートメント(メーカー忘れた)のおかげで髪もいい感じです。しいていうならこちらにもヘアゴムが欲しかった…

添い寝無料につられて宿泊した。部屋はキレイだしホテルもオシャレだと思うが、プリントでホテル利用の説明が書いた物を渡されたが、そこに記載されてある添い寝のお子様の枕などの貸し出しはフロントに伝えたら無料で貸し出しますと書いてあるのに、実際は添い寝無料の方には貸さないらしいです。それは言い訳で実際は恐らく宿泊客が多くて枕が足りないのでしょう。繁忙期に訪れる子連れの方は注意して下さい。Googleの口コミを見て宿泊を決定したので、そこに書いてあったお風呂がセパレートタイプ、これが良くて宿泊を決定したようなものだが、これも宿泊してみてはじめてユニットバスタイプも普通にあることに気付いた。宿泊予約をする時にもっとわかりやすい選択肢があれば良いかなと思った。あと小さい子供が子供達だけでエレベーターを利用しドリンクバーやフロント周りで遊んでいた。子供に罪はなく親の躾が悪いのだが、ホテル側もフロントで受付の際に子供達だけでのホテル内での単独行動は危ないので慎む様に事前に伝えるべきだと思う。あれではそのうち事故が起きると思う。晩ごはんもホテルと直結している居酒屋などのレベルが低すぎる。２日滞在したが守山駅前の飲食店が全体的にレベルが低く感じた。細かい点は他にもあるが、上記の点が改善出来ればもっと伸びるホテルだと思う。

Pemandangan sangat bagus! Ia berada di tepi tasik. Lobi hotel sangat luas dan kopi percuma! Kerusi urut adalah percuma! Saiz bilik juga besar, iaitu standard bilik triple. Terdapat juga sofa double. Sangat menjimatkan kos!

The 'Setre Marina Biwako' oozes luxury. From the moment you arrive at the entrance & check-in, to the moment you depart, you will be spoilt rotten. Everything about this facility is total perfection - the staff, although very formal, are also casual & friendly, the room is very well appointed with great views across the lake with the Hira Mountains in the distance, the facilities are top rate and the food is what you would experience at any top class restaurant anywhere in the world. Tip-1 - when you check-in you are given a card telling you the sunset time and I suggest, if the weather is fine-&-clear, you absorb the great view as the sun sets behind the mountain rage. Tip-2 - pour yourself a glass of red wine, get a plate with some nibbles and head to the roof and check-out the view. Tip-3 - don't be in a hurry at dinner, savor the food, wash it down with a nice wine (it took my wife and I 2.5-hours to make our way through the menu). Tip-4 - have your breakfast in your room. Tip-5 - bring some cycling gear and take advantage of the free cycles and head-off over the Biwako-ohashi (bridge) and check-out the view from the top. Everything is included in the cost of your stay so, whatever your purpose for staying at the 'Setre Marina Biwako, you will come-away totally refreshed.

セミダブルの部屋を利用させていただきましたが、部屋のスペースも十分にあり、また浴室も完全セパレートであっため、ゆっくりと寛ぐことが出来ました。非常に満足しています。

妻との2泊3日　草津ｴﾘｱ旅行にて1泊利用しました[他の1泊は　ﾎﾃﾙ　ﾎﾞｽﾄﾝﾌﾟﾗｻﾞ草津(SOUTH WING)]。　こちらのｼﾝｸﾞﾙは15m2となっていたので　居住性を考慮し《ｺﾝﾌｫｰﾄ・ﾂｲﾝ（部屋ｽﾍﾟｰｽ23m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅 120cm x2台　TV 32ｲﾝﾁ）を2室　利用しました。近くの【ﾎﾃﾙ　ﾎﾞｽﾄﾝﾌﾟﾗｻﾞ草津】と比較し　ﾂｲﾝのｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾕｰｽとﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙとの差異があるので　単純比較は出来ませんが　妻は　こちらは　ﾃﾞｽｸに照明灯付の大きな鏡（添付　写真参照）があり　座ったまま化粧が出来る、洗面台に小物を置けるｽﾍﾟｰｽがある、洋服掛けも　ﾄﾞｱを閉めると　洋服が見えない、ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑのｱﾒﾆﾃｲがPOLA であり　ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞも大きくゆったり浸ることが出来るなど　女性が宿泊する場合の快適性と言う意味で　評価していました。　朝食は　1階にﾚｽﾄﾗﾝがありましたが　旅程の都合により　取らなかったのでわかりません。　　

駅まで歩いてすぐで、一応滋賀県ですが京都まで20分、大阪までも50分くらいで行けるのでそちらの観光でも使えます。観光シーズンでも値上がりしにくく、地方都市に泊まる感覚です。

安心安定の東横インですが、こちらも安心安定でいつも通りの滞在ができました。 清潔感も問題なく、朝食もお弁当スタイルでしたがおいしく、満足な滞在となりました。 周囲に飲食店はありませんが、駅の反対側にいったり、ちょっと歩いて国道1号沿いにまでいけばたくさんあります。 マイナーな駅だと思っていたのですがいい感じに栄えていて便利でした。

スタッフの方の連携が取れておらず、とても不快な思いをしました。 朝食に関しては地元ベーカリーのパンを謳っていますが、ベーカリーのパンは出てこなかったです。 2度と利用しません。 Never use this hotel again! Bad communication among staff. No bakery made bread at breakfast as it promoted.

草津駅東口から徒歩10分くらいですが、スーツケースを引いて歩くにはちょっと遠かった。特に帰りは雨だったので。 部屋は喫煙室で30㎡と広いのだけれど、大きなベッド2台に場所を取られ、おまけにいすがベッドの半分くらいの大きさのソファーベッドだったので、広々した感じがしませんでした。壁や水回りはとてもきれいです。 フロントとレストランは1階、客室は6～8階でエレベーター直通です。和定食はメインの魚を前日に選びます。鰆の味噌漬けをおいしくいただきました。 どちらかというと、車で移動する客向きと思いました。

酒店位置一般，位於橋旁一側，火車站過來需打車，離店時酒店安排車子送去車站👍 晚餐 早餐都十分用心配置 精心準備👍 房間是標準合室，溫泉室內外的都不錯。
