The reception was very helpful. They kept our luggage for two days after we checked out. There’s a nice pizza restaurant across the hotel and we loved the pasta & pizzas. The room was clean and had a small balcony where we watched the stars. The plugs were old ones with three holes so make sure you have the right adapter.

Stanza adeguata al prezzo, purtroppo nonostante avessi chiesto la doccia ho avuto una stanza con vasca (visibilmente rovinata).
Per il resto nulla da obiettare e per me la collocazione dell'hotel è comodissima essendo vicino a autostrada e svincoli principali.
Pulizia adeguata, letto comodo e ampio (due letti grandi uno accanto all'altro)

Location very near to train station, good for us with heavy luggages.
Horrible experience to have to use own room private toilet, which is not in our room, but located at our upper floor…
Toilet is extremely small, even for Asian, just wonder how European can fit into this toilet.
Ss the toilet is extremely small, the shower curtain will stick to your body all the time while you are showering.
In our room, no toilet available but there is a complete kitchen. However, there isn’t any cooking utensils, cup, plate, or even simple kettle there.
Your information about local hotel tax is €2 / pax, but the counter lady was trying to collect €3.50 instead!
Very terrible experience and we stopped bathing and plan to bathe only in Milan …

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice.
Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Selain itu, tidak banyak jenis sarapan di hotel, dan waktu sarapan adalah dari jam 6:30-10:00. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan selipar, berus gigi dan ubat gigi, mahupun air percuma. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil berbayar.
Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi)
Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

Sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer (es fehlt einem an nix), mega freundliches Personal, super Frühstück (vor allem auch für diverse Unverträglichkeiten geeignet), Tiefgarage auch für große Fahrzeuge geeignet (Pick-um).
Die Lage ist auch ganz gut - man ist schnell in Venedig, Verona oder am Gardasee

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family!
The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!!
OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!

Alles bestens , mit Auto sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage nahe Autobahn, Affi Shopping Mall Grandaffi, Nähe zum Gardasee, Verona usw , gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Region.
Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Parkplatz kostenlos.

Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details.
Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

GGaibiansuishidouzaijinxingThe hotel is located near the train station, about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The exterior design of the hotel looks very modern. However, the first room we were given only had a shower curtain in the bathroom, and water would spill out everywhere when showering, making the floor wet – I almost slipped. On top of that, the shower curtain smelled musty, which was quite disgusting.
After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to another room with a glass door for the shower.
This is a four-star hotel, and the official website photos showed a three-piece toiletry set (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). In reality, the room only had a three-in-one product for hand/hair/body washing. This is a significant difference in quality; typically, three-in-one products are found in hostels, B&Bs, and budget hotels, not a four-star establishment. This is misleading for consumers. When I first brought it up with the front desk, they said there was no three-piece set. After I showed them the official website photos on my second attempt, the front desk reluctantly provided body wash and body lotion.

AAifa Ain love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. They also managed to get us vegan breakfast on top of that, really appreciate this gesture. The communication is smooth. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

We were allowed to leave our bags in lockers before the check in time which was really convenient (but bring your own padlocks) The room was pretty clean (just a bit worn out) and spacious, beds were comfy. The storage space under the bunk beds was big enough for the backpacks but also required your own padlock. There were two bathrooms in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a common area outside and inside. Enjoyed our stay!

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

GGuest UserStaying on a higher floor is recommended, as the ground floor seems to be a bar or something similar, and it gets quite noisy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. There are also several good Chinese restaurants nearby.
I took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and ended up in a community that seemed to have a lot of Black residents. It's probably best not to wander around there at night.
