Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

過年期間想找一家本溪温泉私湯泡泡。有些温泉酒店漲價離譜，這家感覺性價很可以，雖然價格也有上漲，但是沒有那麼離譜，就是看上房間有浴池了，泡個湯就回來了。要是平時週末去估計價格會更便宜些，可以考慮。

It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Sylvia) were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

출장으로 방문한 진보루이 호텔. 장점은 위치나, 청결도, 넓은 공간 등에 비해 가격이 저렴한 편인점. 청소도 매일 넘 열심히 깔끔하게 해주십니다. 단점은 아마도 개인적 차이가 있을것 같고, 중국 호텔들의 특징인거 같은데요. 담배냄새가 있습니다. 방에 담배냄새는 심하지 않은 편이고 환풍기 틀고 하루정도 이후에는 별로 없었어요. 오히려, 복도 등에서 담배냄새가 유지되고 있내요. 아마도 복도는 환풍 자체가 어려워서인 거로 보여요. 그리고, 방음이 잘안되요. 옆방 부부인지 싸우는 소리가 바로 들리네요. 결론, 저렴한 가격에 출장등 방이나 호텔에 오래 머무르지 않을 분들에게는 딱인 호텔입니다. 저란테는 굉장히 좋은 선택이었습니다.

Incredible hotel. Breakfast is incredible, all personnel is extremely helpful and English speaking (which is rare for most hotels in China). Housekeeping was extremely careful and did an excellent job. Also, the shower was great: spacious, shower stream was strong and shower head large.

I will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

I was impressed with this hotel. I thought the steam room and hot/cold tubs were excellent. A treat during the winter time. Room was super clean and the Beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night. Breakfast caters to Asian tastes but I quite liked it. Coffee was excellent.
