Hotel Dengan WiFi di Souss-Massa-Draa, Maghribi

Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

4 time in this hotel like my second home thanks fout you’re hosetality and humanity thanks for the pool teams and the snack bar teams ( Omar,Ridda) the best service morning to evening. Nog shout out for the animation ARGANA Almoggar Garden Beach ( Saïd,Samir,AMIN,Youssef,Fahd,Momo,mina ,Wafa….) your are the best team in the world . CHRISTIANNE

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

I've had a very pleasant stay at the Tagadirt, with a nice room that also has had a good WiFi connection, some rooms don't, but luckily we got one that does. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere with a beautiful style in which it is built, even though the ways to the reception can be quite long. The rooms are equipped according to their price. It's all a bit older but it's clean and it works. Staff is very nice and helpful, but they've clearly got friends who own a taxi business which is why they tell you not to get a bus to Marrakech but rather go by private transfer, which is very expensive. Don't listen to them in that instance. The pool is nice and clean, but in the high-season might be a bit small for my liking. I'm sure if they've got an investor for this place and they just renewed the rooms it'd be a very good hotel that could also easily bump up prices.

From start to finish at arriving at the Beach Club, it was a joy. The hotel is in a great location and right next to the beach. The staff were extremely nice to us, most days we went to the pool and the animation team Toto etc were so friendly and very welcoming for us to participate in the games throughout the day which were really fun. The night entertainment in the hotel bar was excellent. Overall the staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly throughout the whole hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Neat and clean hotel, with delicious buffets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean too and the location is perfect to enjoy the sun. Perfect for solo traveller or couples. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Zephyr Agadir gehabt. Die Apar**ents Modern Style und sind gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal ist immer Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um lecker Essen zu gehen, kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich werde bestimmt noch Mal die Unterkunft Buchen wenn ich wieder in Agadir bin.

Shower water pressure and temperature good. Bed comfortable enough. Floor is generally clean. Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable. No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access. Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied. The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress. The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises. The park in front is under construction.

We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. They are no longer seen as staff but as very dear friends who we will miss dearly, which is why we are booking our next holiday here.  A special thank you to Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah, and Mehdi.  In fact, a special thank you to you all!

Super emplacement. Le souci c’est que le petit déjeuner tous les jours c’était la même chose il doit faire un effort sur le petit déjeuner. Sinon rien à dire super bel hôtel

L’hôtel est tellement magnifique…(l’emplacement,décoration..) Dommage que les employés sont si désagréable quand ont leur demande un renseignement, surtout ceux de l’accueil. La nuit du 1 décembre nous nous sommes présentes à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement, l’accueil était si médiocre !!! Limite on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc..). On a payé all inclusive… arrivé dans la chambre, le frigo vide.. et surtout pas d’eau dans la chambre !!!(2 eme choc) On téléphone a l’accueil , on nous répond qu’il fallait payer l’option chez pas quoi pour pouvoir bénéficier des boissons. Nous allons tout de même demander de l’eau a l’accueil car je dois prendre des médicaments et la (3 eme choc) on nous donne juste une petite bouteille de 33 cl ( équivalent a 1 verre d’eau)pour deux personnes.(toujours bien sur avec un regard ＜ punaise tu nous fait chier＞). Concernant le ménage des chambres : Les femmes de ménages sont très souriantes , très agréables MAIS!! La propretédes chambres c’est pas trop ca!! Surtout les toilettes et la salle de bain ,Beaucoup de taches sur le carrelage des murs et le sol devrait etre aspiré avant d’être lavé car beaucoup de saleté et poils sur les rebords. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui vous font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l’eau en plus. Spa: personnel très souriantes mais les services sont moyens. Conclusion : L’architecture de L’hôtel est au top, l’extérieur très bien entretenue , les allées, le gazon etcc… Le problème principal ce sont ( peu être pas tous bien sur) le service des employés..
