Nobat Hall

#myhiddengems One of the jewels of Alor Setar. Balai Nobat Kedah is one of the Royal Orchestra Halls in Malaysia that can be visited by tourists and locals as it is located in the heart of the city, unlike Balai Nobat of other states which are inside the palaces' compounds. With its distinct yellow-coloured structure, one can easily spot it opposite of the famous Masjid Zahir and the Clock Tower. Built in 1906, Balai Nobat is one of the must-visit places here in Alor Setar. On weekdays, one can also visit the Sultan Abdul Halim Gallery located just beside it.
