Ananuri fortress

Ananuri fortress was one of the most visited places in Georgia. It was one hour and a half from Tbilisi which was half way to Kazbegi and Gudauri. The fortress surrounding was beautiful. Everywhere was photos spots. The walls were amazing, the bricks were amazing, the view of the river was amazing. The ancient church in the middle was still in used nowadays. We went there on Sunday, there were many locals came and pray. I think it was very beautiful to see such faith. Entrance fee: free Parking: available both for free and not for free
