In the early morning streets of Bangkok, amidst the bustling traffic, lies a serene sanctuary—the Erawan Shrine. Approaching the magnificent golden statue, one can feel the solemn atmosphere permeating the air. Nestled in a busy commercial district, the Erawan Shrine exudes a tranquil power, drawing countless devotees and tourists to worship and pray. After a quiet prayer, I followed the path of the incense, circling the shrine. Each of its four faces represents a different wish—health, career, love, and wealth. Nearby, musicians played traditional Thai music, and dancers gracefully performed, offering a dance of gratitude for those whose wishes had been fulfilled. Lighting an incense stick ignited my devotion, and holding a lotus flower in my hands, it felt as if all my wishes could be carried to the deity's ears by the gentle breeze. At dusk, the lights made the Erawan Shrine even more dazzling. I left with a heart full of blessings and peace.
