📍Today I wanted to eat boat noodles, so I stopped by "Lung Nun Ratchada". We ordered "Mixed Pork Waterfall Noodles" with "Pork Cracklings". The soup was rich and didn't need any additional seasoning. The marinated pork was soft, the stewed pork was tender, and the liver was nice and bouncy. The pork crackling was the highlight.
