Shenmu Lei Alpine Meadow Redwood Forest ☁️Weather: Light rain 📍Destination: Qiaoqi Tibetan Village·Shenmu Lei Scenic Area 🚗Transportation: Self-driving (parking fee: CNY 10/time) 🎫Ticket: CNY 52 (entry is prohibited after 17:00) 🚌Scenic area sightseeing bus: CNY 20/single trip ⏰Business hours: 08:30-17:30 (entry is prohibited after 17:00, but it's not that strict) 🐒Shenmu Lei is a pet-friendly scenic area. You can bring dogs 🐶 and cats 🐱 into the area and take the sightseeing bus~ 🧗Recommended route: We took the sightseeing bus directly to the entrance of the alpine meadow. Some of us took the magic carpet up the mountain, and some of us walked to the alpine meadow. We didn't have a sightseeing bus when we went down the mountain because it was late, so we walked along the redwood forest to the entrance of the scenic area. The redwood forest is very picturesque. It will be even more beautiful after the redwood forest turns red in November. ⚠️Precautions 1⃣️The one-way trip is only about 3 km. There is no altitude sickness, so you can walk slowly and take a walk 🚶 2⃣️If you want to watch the sunset, you can arrive at the Shenmu Lei viewing platform before 16:00... 3⃣️Many places are currently under maintenance, such as when playing with water, skiing, and sightseeing in the meadow... 4⃣️After 17:30 in the afternoon, the gate is open and basically unattended, and you can pass through 🤫... 5⃣️The redwood forest will start to turn red in early November, so be sure to seize the time if you want to enjoy the autumn leaves... 6⃣️There are food stalls along the way, and the prices are affordable and acceptable... 7⃣️There are restrooms 🚻 on the top of the mountain, so don't worry... 8⃣️You still need to apply sunscreen, as the ultraviolet rays are strong... 9⃣️You need to bring a thick coat, especially a hat. The wind is quite strong, and it hurts when it blows on your head.
