It’s a major Hindu pilgrimage site, especially during Thaipusam, when thousands of people come to celebrate. The caves are also home to lots of eagles and birds! They are pretty entertaining to watch, but be careful—they can be cheeky! Visiting Batu Caves is very LOVELY and is a great mix of nature, culture, and a bit of adventure.
