Hluboká Castle in the Czech Republic

The castle is located on a hill by the Vltava River, and from a distance, it appears entirely white, hence the nickname 'White Castle.' The castle features a four-story structure with the highest tower being an eight-story clock tower. It has 141 rooms and has changed hands among 126 owners. The last owner fled to the United States in 1939, and the castle was reclaimed by the state. The exterior design of the castle is unique, combining Gothic, Baroque, and Windsor Castle architectural styles, and has been preserved for over six hundred years. The door handle is made of bronze, shaped like an 'eagle pecking eye,' which is the family crest of the castle's owner. The walls are adorned with specimens of bull heads and deer antlers, exuding a sense of solemnity and majesty. Currently, some rooms are open to the public, showcasing priceless room decorations and furnishings, tapestries, carvings, porcelain, woodwork, fireplaces, portraits, books, and more, all in extreme luxury!
