Check-in: The hotel is located behind Tianfu Square in the city center of Chengdu, the location is very good, there were not too many people when I arrived at the hotel, I went to the front desk to check in smoothly, the front desk staff's dress and service attitude are very standard, and they were smiling and very polite during the check-in process, and gave me two cute little pandas. They warmly introduced some facilities of the hotel, such as the lounge breakfast, swimming pool, and other facilities. Bedding: Sheraton is a relatively affordable chain brand under the Marriott Group, the overall bedding is decent, not too surprising, but very comfortable and reassuring. I also opened the pillows and sheets for inspection, and did not find any stains or hair, the overall quality control is still very good. Facilities: Because I am a platinum member, I can enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea for two, as well as the executive lounge, at the lowest price. I have to mention that the top floor of the entire hotel is the executive lounge, and the happy hour in the evening is really wonderful, the overall free buffet dinner is very good, and the dishes are also very good, which is worth praising. Another point is the hotel's swimming pool, I think it is very good, as a swimming enthusiast, it is really great to be able to swim in the hotel. Others: The hotel's underground parking lot doesn't look very good, if you drive, you can pay attention to the parking location of the underground parking lot. In addition, one side of the hotel is under construction, which may be noisy, if you are not satisfied, you can contact the front desk to change the room location.
