Kuanzhai Alley has invited four well-known contemporary artists, Lian Xueming, Liu Dong, Dong Jin, and Ding Yuanshuo, to bring their masterpieces to the courtyards of Kuanzhai Alley for a unique art feast! ⌚️Dates: January 19–February 16, 2025 🎫Tickets: Free 1️⃣ "Jin Shang Tian Hua": Dong Jin's Exhibition 📍Location: Tianqu Ziyuan, Kuanzhai Alley Based on the original artistic language, the artist attempts to make the still life flowers on the two-dimensional canvas continue to grow with a dynamic momentum of life, presenting an ultimate romance. 2️⃣"Yi Yuan Fu Shi": Ding Yuanshuo's Exhibition 📍Location: Jianshan Academy, Kuanzhai Alley Inspired by the changing seasons, the artist recreates and expresses the common elements of oriental paintings of flowers, birds, fish, and insects, presenting the saturation of colors in each work according to the attributes of the solar terms. 3️⃣"Kuanzhai Dong Tian": Liu Dong's Exhibition 📍Location: Back Courtyard of Sanlian Taofen Bookstore, Kuanzhai Alley The characters in his paintings have a strong image style, no longer passive portraits, but also Liu Dong's personal symbols. 4️⃣"Happy Lion": Lian Xueming's Exhibition 📍Location: Sanlian Taofen Bookstore Cafe, Kuanzhai Alley Inspired by the customs of northern Shaanxi, the little lions are vivid, some are brave and fierce, some are cute and silly. They are born to celebrate new life, to hope, and to love.
