The "Unyielding Prisoners of War Museum" (full name: "Unyielding Prisoners of War Exhibition Hall") in the Jianchuan Museum Cluster is a museum themed on Chinese prisoners of war during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. Through a large number of precious cultural relics, photos, and scene restoration, it reveals the cruel persecution of prisoners of war by the Japanese army, while also showing the national spirit of Chinese prisoners of war who remained steadfast and unyielding in extreme adversity. 1. Historical background During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Japanese army captured a large number of Chinese soldiers and civilians during the war, and violated international conventions by implementing abuse, massacre, and forced labor. Chinese prisoners of war suffered inhumane treatment in concentration camps and prisons, but still resisted in various ways, showing a tenacious spirit of resistance. 2.
