Project281 Coffee

Project281 is located at Chicago and It’s a Roastery Cafe. When I visited Poject281, they had a variety of coffee beans avaliable from houseblend to singleorigin! Also It was not expensive and was very economic. Project281’s inside was so wide and there were a variety of seating tables. Especially the outside seating with heater! Was so impressive for me because now Chicago is so cold🧊 I ordered a Longblack(everyday longblack…). It seemed like It was extraction with the houseblend. In my opinion the Roasting point was at least above mediun:) It had a nice sweetness and less acidity. Honestly It was not for me. I think just it would be better if there was more bright acidity like yellow color fruit. Loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Coffee is great. Staff are welcoming & warm as soon as you walk in. Beautifully designed venue, a warm escape from the chilly outdoors. Aside from that they were very friendly and kind!
