While waiting, the staff handed out menus so you could order in line. Once seated, the piping hot shrimp ramen was served promptly, showcasing their efficiency. Despite being made from sweet shrimp, the broth can be customized: pure shrimp, more shrimp with less pork, or more pork with less shrimp. There are also three flavor options: miso, salt, and soy sauce. The noodles come in two thicknesses, and additional side dishes like Ichigen gyoza and rice balls are available, making for a satisfying meal. Given its rich and intense flavor, the quality of shrimp ramen is consistent across all locations, so there's no need to worry about a bad experience. If you want to try seafood-based ramen, Ebisoba Ichigen in Hokkaido is definitely the top choice.
