Christchurch Botanic Gardens

✅Christchurch Botanic Gardens is located on the banks of the Avon River in New Zealand. ✅The Botanic Gardens was established in July 1863. To commemorate the marriage of Queen Victoria's son, Prince Albert Edward, to Princess Alexandra of Denmark, an English oak tree was planted here, marking the founding of the Botanic Gardens. ✅Time flies, and the natural wetlands and sand dunes of the past have been transformed into a beautiful park full of flowers. ✅The Botanic Gardens is divided into themed gardens according to the types and uses of plants, including the Herb Garden, Rose Garden, Fern Garden, Water Garden, Rock Garden, and Heath Garden. Each themed garden has its own characteristics. ✅The Botanic Gardens is natural and casual, with lush trees, blue sky, green land, and fresh air. Walking through the lush Archery Lawn, you can reach the Rose Garden. It is said that there are more than 250 varieties of delicate and fragrant roses in the garden. When the roses are in full bloom, they are colorful and fragrant. When we arrived, the roses🌹 had not yet bloomed, but the cherry blossoms🌸 in the garden were like clouds and mist, which was spectacular. 🕙Opening hours: Christchurch Botanic Gardens opens at 7:00 every day and admission is free.
