In the gentle embrace of Dali Ancient City, there is a hidden gem called Nanzhao Wisteria Pavilion Inn. It sits quietly at No. 56, Nanmen New Village, like a warm pearl embedded in the ancient city by time. During this trip to Dali, I was fortunate to step into this tranquil place caressed by wisteria, capturing fleeting moments of beauty with my camera and recording the elegance and warmth away from the hustle and bustle. As the morning light breaks, the ancient city of Dali awakens in the mist. I step into the Wisteria Pavilion, greeted by clusters of wisteria flowers swaying in the breeze, as if telling ancient and romantic stories. Through the lens, the wisteria and Bai-style architecture complement each other, where tradition and modernity coexist harmoniously, creating captivating scenes. The courtyard of the inn is the highlight of this trip. Amidst the greenery, under the wisteria trellis, an ancient tea table and bamboo chairs form a perfect shooting scene. I brew a pot of Pu'er tea here, the aroma intertwining with the floral scent, and every frame in front of the lens exudes tranquility and comfort. Sunlight filters through the wisteria leaves, casting dappled shadows, adding a touch of dreaminess and poetry to the photos. Inside the guest room, the simple yet stylish decor instantly relieves travel fatigue. I specifically chose a room with a view window for shooting. Through the window, the Cangshan Mountains are like ink, the Erhai Lake sparkles, and the rooftops of the ancient city layer upon layer, unfolding a scroll of nature and culture. Here, every shutter click is a tribute to the beauty of Dali, and every freeze-frame is a longing for a beautiful life. In the afternoon, I stroll along the ancient streets around the inn. The silverware and tie-dye in the craft shops all showcase the unique charm of Dali. The lens captures the warm moments of my interaction with local artisans and the colorful handicrafts, which are not just products but also the inheritance and display of Dali culture. As night falls, the lights of the Wisteria Pavilion gently illuminate, adding warmth to the quiet night. The inn owner warmly prepares an authentic Bai dinner for us. In front of the lens, food and smiles intertwine. At that moment, I seem to blend into this land, feeling the enthusiasm and simplicity of the Dali people. Dali Nanzhao Wisteria Pavilion Inn is not just an accommodation experience but a spiritual baptism. Here, I recorded its beauty with my camera and left a deep impression in my heart.
