Tella Tella Cafe, which has been open for half a year, is still popular among young people. Its charm probably comes from its cute, childlike and retro decoration style! The store offers both savory and sweet dishes. I ordered an apple cinnamon warm cake (NT$150) and a Capuccino (NT$160), both of which were good choices.
