I spent about CNY 600 on this stay, which was in line with my expectations. The hotel also upgraded me to a suite, which was very spacious. Although the overall decoration of the room was a bit old, the hygiene was well maintained, and it was clean and tidy. However, there was no master switch in the room, so I had to walk a few more times to turn off the lights, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was equipped with body lotion and mouthwash, which was very comfortable. There was a sign indicating a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. I wanted to try it, but when I got there, I found that the restaurant was closed, which was a pity. Then I went to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, but I couldn't charge the bill to my room, which was a bit unexpected. I was also a little disappointed with the Chinese restaurant. The taste of the dishes was ordinary, and the facilities in the restaurant looked a bit old. More importantly, there were flies flying around during the meal, so the hygiene really needs to be improved. Overall, Dongguan Sheraton Hotel has its satisfactory aspects, such as the lobby atmosphere and service, but there is still room for improvement in the restaurant and room facilities.
