The Lotus Pavilion, originally in Guangzhou Street, has moved to the Palace of the Qin King! The beehive water whirlpool stands tall, with countless layers. 3. The ninety-nine steps symbolize the return to one, with "nine" being a lucky number, symbolizing good fortune and longevity.
