The hotel is in a great location, right next to Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, making it very convenient to visit the city's major attractions. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops across the street, making it very convenient. The surrounding ancient buildings and alleys have a unique historical atmosphere. 🏨🛎️ The overall decor of this hotel is really amazing, very luxurious yet modern. I have to mention the front desk reception, the staff were super enthusiastic and helped us book restaurants and tickets, the service was really first class. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was properly placed and we were recommended a lot of good places to eat and play. Check-in was quick, no waiting, and the whole process was very smooth. The 24-hour room service and buffet breakfast offered by the hotel are also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of delicious food. Our room was a deluxe suite with a great view. The room was spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft and just right, and it took away the fatigue of the day. Each room is also equipped with a Nespresso machine and double-glazed windows, which are completely soundproof, so you can sleep well all night. The bathroom was very clean, with a luxurious bathtub and a large shower, it was like a little paradise. The private spa at San Firenze Suites was also a pleasant surprise, with a sauna, pool, and Turkish bath, perfect for a couple's vacation. We also enjoyed an hour of private spa, which was super relaxing. 🌟 There are also many recommended places to visit around the hotel. You can go to Piazzale Michelangelo to overlook the beautiful city, or feel the weight of history at Piazza della Signoria. There are many restaurants around, such as Bambi Trippa e Lampredotto's specialties are really recommended, and Tripperia Vegana Tan8's vegan food is also very good.
