| Exploring the Charm of Ceramic Art. Located at No. 5-6 Gaomiao Road, Shiwan, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, the Shiwan Ceramic Museum is a comprehensive thematic museum dedicated to the ceramic industry. It was funded by the Shiwan Town People's Government with an investment of 4 million yuan in December 2001 and officially opened to the public in October 2004. On December 21, 2020, the museum was rated as a National Third-Level Museum. The museum's collection includes artistic ceramics, daily-use ceramics, garden ceramics, domestic ceramics, and foreign ceramics. Its architecture is divided into dynamic and static display areas. The dynamic display area preserves two ancient wood-fired dragon kilns, the Nanfeng Ancient Kiln and the Gao Kiln, which are national key cultural relics protection units, and also recreates the ancient pottery workshop 'Guliao Chang'.
