Fuji view at Hotel Kaneyamaen

We spent a night at Kawaguchiko to view Mount Fuji. Booked Hotel Kaneyamaen and it really didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff is very friendly and staff is all dressed in Kimono, giving the Japanese vibe. The hotel is huge, there is a garden with lake, wine lounge, spacious lobby and public onsen. You can spend a whole day here. We booked the Sanri room that comes with a private open air onsen with the view of Mount Fuji and the room is very spacious. Love the bay window that overlooks the Mount Fuji. There is a drum show every night at the hotel lobby and it is a nice entertainment for their guests. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast and kaiseki dinner. Dinner is sumptuous and service is great. For the breakfast, there is a wide spread of food ranging from soba, udon, sashimi, origiri, chawanmushi, warabimochi and many more.
