We spent a night at Kawaguchiko to view Mount Fuji. Booked Hotel Kaneyamaen and it really didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff is very friendly and staff is all dressed in Kimono, giving the Japanese vibe. The hotel is huge, there is a garden with lake, wine lounge, spacious lobby and public onsen. You can spend a whole day here. We booked the Sanri room that comes with a private open air onsen with the view of Mount Fuji and the room is very spacious. Love the bay window that overlooks the Mount Fuji. There is a drum show every night at the hotel lobby and it is a nice entertainment for their guests. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast and kaiseki dinner. Dinner is sumptuous and service is great. For the breakfast, there is a wide spread of food ranging from soba, udon, sashimi, origiri, chawanmushi, warabimochi and many more. My wonderful visit to Arakurayama Sengen Park was a magical and beautiful experience. I enjoyed climbing the corridor leading to the top of the hill. She was waiting for the magnificent view of Fuji, the sacred mountain. Enjoy the wonderful views of the city and the surrounding mountains. I felt calm and serene at this spiritual location, where I meditated and reflected. I enjoyed the experience of visiting in spring when the cherry blossoms add beauty to the scenery. Arakurayama Sengen Park is a great place to unwind and enjoy the magnificent views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding nature.

Arakumayama Sengen Park (Yamanashi Prefecture) is famous for their view of cherry blossoms 🌸 with a backdrop of Mt Fuji and the five-storied pagoda Churyo. The park is located halfway up Mount Niikura, with approximately 650 cherry trees. In the spring, the Sakura Matsuri (cherry tree festival) is held. The park is famous for the fall season, but I climbed 398 steps to take a picture of the clouds buried in the green trees and Mt. Fuji. Now it's a representative view of Japan. Around noon, you might have to wait for hours in a long line to get to the observation deck.

This is Chureito Pagoda which is one of the most attractions places in Japan. You can see the breathtaking view from the top of the mountain. This spot is popular among influencers as well as photographers. However, 400 steps is needed to reach the top of the mountain. #wecreate visited kawaguchiko Japan in May this year and I was rewarded with one of the prettiest views ever as the skies were clear and I managed to catch Mount Fuji which was so pretty and magnificent. honestly it feels unreal when you see it right in front of you. kawaguchiko station provides one of the best views of Mount Fuji, you can just explore around the town and take lots of pictures here. there are a few convenience store over here and also restaurants to dine. however they do close quite early at night. will recommend visiting. the station is easily accessible.

Free admission, you can ask for a free admission ticket at the ticket counter. The staff will give you a card with a QR code to scan at the entrance and stand straight to take a photo before entering. Once you enter, you can choose to play only the machines without having to buy a ticket in advance (for those who cannot play scary rides, it is recommended to buy a ticket for each ride at the machine. The price of the ride is 800-1500 yen. If you have to get wet, there are raincoats to borrow. Press the machine for an additional 100 yen). For teenagers and those who can buy a ticket online, it is definitely more worthwhile. Inside is a theme park with beautiful photo spots. The price of the restaurants inside is the same or cheaper than outside. It is not suitable for small children and the elderly (but you can come in and sit and eat, walk around the garden, and take beautiful photos while waiting). For those who use wheelchairs, there is a path for users all the time. For those staying at Mystay Onsen Hotel, you can get off in front of Fuji Q and go through the back exit. Walk out the back, turn left, cross the railway, walk straight along the gas station and turn left again. Look up high and see the hotel sign. Walk straight until you reach a red light and cross the road. Crowded, very very crowded especially I went during the peak season of sakura in April 2023. If you intend to take a good photo with both pagoda and Mt Fuji, you may have to queue for at least one hour (it was 3 hours for my time and I didn’t queue for it) or you reach the destination before 7am. Further, you have to be physically fit to climb the stairs which is about 400 steps up to the top of the pagoda view. The climb takes about 10-15 mins depends on individual’s fitness.

It was the perfect weather to see Mr Mount Fuji~ 😍The climb to the top of Chureito Pagoda was tough but the view is spectacular. However, there was a long queue to take the iconic photo of the pagoda with Mount Fuji, so you have to make sure you have plenty of time to queue! Overall, it was worth it 🥰

Fujisan Station (富士山駅, Fujisan-eki) is a railway station on the Fujikyuko Line in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the private railway operator Fuji Kyuko (Fujikyu). The station is located at an altitude of 809 meters (2,654 feet). It is one of the gateway stations to Mount Fuji and the Fuji Five Lakes, including Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka. Another must-see view of Mount Fuji is Mt. Fuji Station. It is another beautiful spot. If there are no clouds, you will be able to see Mt. Fuji up close and have the most beautiful views. Both the city view and the trains coming and going on the platform all day long. This station is not far from the main station where we took the train from Tokyo Station to get here. After getting off the train at this station, we can also take a bus to Nam Ki Village to see another side of Mt. Fuji. It is very beautiful. The view I recommend here. Before going, I recommend checking the weather again to get a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from every angle. This station is the last station where the trains run back between Otsuki and Kawaguchiko. This means that when passing a train heading to one of its destinations, the driver must change carriages to head back out before changing carriages to the appropriate route. It has three platforms, a waiting room and toilets. The station is staffed to provide assistance and guidance.

You are also able to enjoy the day with a nice portable bbq by the lake. There are ample space here for cars and your own bbq pit. Of course, do remember to clear up your trash after you are done!

If you love thrills, fuji q highland need to be in your itinerary when you visit mount fuji!! They have the scariest roller coaster in 1990s and it is still standing till this day. The rides here is full of fun and thrills. Suitable if your height is 150cm and above. The staff are so helpful. You can buy and 1 day pass, half day pass and per ride pass. We chose per ride pass bcs we were didnt have so much time. This is Chureito Pagoda! It’s arguably one of the more iconic spots to see Mt Fuji from afar, with a picturesque pagoda surrounded by red autumn leaves. Many locals come here to take their wedding photos. Great place for a #flowerlover Upon seeing the view, it dawned on me and I began #fallingforfall Below the hill, there’s also a little food truck that sells great bite sized food if you’re hungry. However this place may be a little inaccessible if you’re coming from Tokyo, I recommend renting a car! Although you should also be wary of highway toll prices, they’re not the cheapest, but I promise the view is more than worth it! Here’s to being one of the many #tripblazers

#bucketlistreboot 🇯🇵 If you think this pagoda look familiar, you are right as it has appeared in almost all Japanese tourism materials. 🏯I visited this Pagoda while staying in Fujiyoshida. The first time. Unfortunately, it was cloudy outside and I couldn't see Mt Fuji. But even when the mountain is not visible the pagoda and scenery is still gorgeous and worth going to. I got lucky when I was about to leave as Fuji was visible so I was lucky enough to get great photos of the pagoda with Fuji in the background. Prepare to get some exercise if visiting the pagoda. You can either take the road up or stairs. The pagoda itself is really beautiful, I loved the colors and architecture. This pagoda and view of Fuji is iconic, you are guaranteed to get a great photo here.
