Head to the large Canal City mall, which is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, allowing for flexible travel planning. Once you arrive at the mall, go up to the 5th floor where you'll find numerous ramen shops to choose from. Each shop uses a similar system with an automatic machine at the front. Switch the screen to English, select your desired items, and pay directly at the machine. You'll receive a small ticket which you hand to the staff, then wait for your food at the table.
