The project has a total volume of 200,000㎡, with the first phase currently opened at 120,000㎡, positioned as the 'Bay Area Super Outlet, New Center of Life in Northern Guangdong', featuring 'Outlet + Urban Micro-Vacation'. The girlish pink Liuxi Waterfall, the nature-releasing water park, the dreamlike figure-eight staircase, the art-filled floating garden, the perfectly color-matched sports park, and the step-by-step walking art gallery are among the themed IP scenes. Playable and shoppable, with ingenious design and vibrant colors, it becomes a bright spot in the project.
