Warehouse No.8 Liuxi River Outlets Town is located in Conghua District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It is a joint venture between Zhujiang Investment and Warehouse No.8 Commercial Holdings. The project has a total area of 200,000 square meters, with the first phase currently open covering 120,000 square meters, featuring 'Outlets + Urban Micro-Vacation'. The project's initial brand lineup includes over 200 discount stores, offering a variety of dining options and parent-child experience formats. On September 28, 2023, Warehouse No.8 Liuxi River Outlets Town officially opened. From the European-style town streetscape to the natural outdoor experience spaces, to the children's playground and themed hotel, more micro-vacation elements have been added. The 'content fill-in-the-blank' design approach was used to create eight popular social media check-in themes: 'Liuxi Waterfall', 'Water Fun Park', 'Basketball Park', 'Football Park', 'Strolling Art Gallery', 'Food Park', 'Starlight Market', and 'Figure-Eight Staircase', activating the interactive value of the space and enhancing the browsing experience.
