🏠Room/Layout: The upgraded large suite has an area of 120 square meters. This room type is not currently for sale and is only used as a backup upgrade room when the hotel is fully booked. The entire suite is divided into two parts: the living room and the bedroom. As soon as you enter, there is an extremely spacious living room with a full set of sofas, a bar counter, and a dining table. Surprisingly, the living room also has a small gym and a massage chair. The refrigerator has been replaced with a traditional one with both refrigeration and freezing functions. However, from the detail that the toilet in the guest bathroom has been removed, it can be seen that this room is not often occupied by guests. The bedroom is not large, but the Westin's 'Heavenly Bed' is very soft. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom through a walk-in closet. The bathroom is very spacious, with two sinks. The bathtub is right next to the window, allowing you to enjoy the splendid night view of downtown Tianjin while taking a bath. The toiletries are the Westin hotel's unified white tea series. 💁‍♂️Service/Facilities: Service: During the peak tourist season, the hotel upgraded the suite to a large suite in advance. There were many people on the day of check-in, but the hotel was very efficient in handling check-ins. However, the white tea fragrance of the Westin was missing in the lobby and the hallway of the rooms. Swimming Pool (600-1000) & Gym (24h): The pool has long opening hours, with a length of 25 meters that can accommodate 5-6 people swimming side by side. The water quality is clear, and the lighting is very good. The gym is well-equipped, but the treadmill is a bit sluggish. Executive Lounge (24h): This is the only hotel I have stayed in with a 24-hour open executive lounge. Staff service hours are from 9:30 to 21:30, and you can enter with your room card at other times. Soft drinks in the lounge can be taken freely. Afternoon tea (12:00-17:00) and happy hour (17:30-20:30) are relatively simple, with only two types of cakes for afternoon tea and 3-4 hot dishes for happy hour, but compared to the 24-hour opening time, these minor flaws are negligible. Breakfast (600-1000): The breakfast is quite surprising, with Tianjin specialties such as Jianbing Guozi, Guoba Cai, and Tang You Bing, as well as Japanese and Korean specialties such as Oden, sushi, spicy stir-fried pork belly, miso soup, and natto. There are also Cantonese-style rice rolls and congee, which are unexpectedly abundant.
