People living by West Lake in Hangzhou must have no worries, right?

I used to see photos of West Lake taken by others and thought it was just "so-so," and that it was only famous because of the legend of the White Snake. Even when I came to Hangzhou for a trip, I only went to West Lake with the mindset of "I'm already here," planning to stay for an hour before heading to Qiantang River, the Grand Canal, and the Provincial Museum. But on this trip to Hangzhou, I ended up spending a whole day by West Lake (the afternoon of the first day + the morning of the second day). West Lake is not just a lake, but also mountains, surrounded by mountains on three sides, and these three sides are almost never spoiled by modern skyscrapers, and there are not many cities in the country with such beautiful scenery in the city center. West Lake also has a rich cultural heritage, with Lingyin Temple, one of the top ten famous temples in China, Leifeng Pagoda, which is said to have suppressed the White Snake, and the "Ten Views of West Lake," which are listed as national key protected cultural relics. This time I was lucky enough to see the classic "Leifeng Sunset," and I couldn't get enough of it, so I took a picture of the sunrise at Leifeng Pagoda the next morning, creating my own "Leifeng Morning Light." In the early morning by West Lake, you can see many people exercising in the morning. West Lake is very close to the city, and there are buses coming here in the middle of the night. I envy the people who live here so much. Exercising in the morning in this place surrounded by mountains and water is so healthy. I feel like I haven't had enough of this trip to West Lake, and I want to come to Hangzhou a few more times in the future to capture the beauty of West Lake in all four seasons.
