During a recent trip to Hangzhou Botanical Garden with a friend, after admiring the beautiful scenery and feeling a bit weary, we stumbled upon a unique homestay. We loved it so much that we decided to stay the night! Later, we realized that sipping Longjing tea while gazing at the rosy hues of sunset over the green mountains is the epitome of a delightful life. Designed by nine renowned designers, this homestay embodies a simple yet luxurious Song Dynasty aesthetic. You should know that courtyard 🏡 homestays are truly 🌟 rare in Qingzhiwu. The goal is to provide every guest with an extraordinary check-in experience! We stayed in the "Guyu Garden View Suite," which was quite spacious. The room blended traditional and modern elements, complete with a trendy hairdryer and essential toiletries. By the window, there was a bathtub 🛀 and a tatami tea area. During our leisure time, we enjoyed the tranquil view of distant mountains, white walls, black tiles, and plum blossoms – a true oasis of calm amidst the bustling city! While the homestay doesn't offer breakfast or dinner, they do serve afternoon tea🫖. The winter tradition of gathering around a warm stove for tea is perfectly enjoyed in this small courtyard. Chatting and laughing with friends, what could be more enjoyable? I especially loved their lounge chairs; with a book and a cup of coffee, I could daydream all day long! Every homestay has its own story, and I believe "Xian Qingshan" is no exception. It's not just a place to stay, but a place where culture and ideas intertwine. Here, every night's rest becomes a beautiful memory of Hangzhou, and every morning awakening brings new anticipation and exploration of this city.
