Luxury Pampering at Capella Hanoi

Greeted by the lovely ladies in uniform, you'll start off with the welcome drink. There'll be all day refreshments in the beautifully decorated Gatsby style Living Room, where you'll enjoy the daily complimentary activity (Psst, I made my own fan from scratch!) while accompanied with the delicious desserts and bespoke drinks. Of course, you can order more than one. In the evening, there's live music performance and an appearance of mysterious diva! The staff will serve you light snacks and free flow of red wine/ white wine / champagne. They also served me sake (on the house) for their daily special! I truly appreciate for their going beyond the extra mile. I asked them what's a nice clothing shop for ao dai, and they handwritten me their suggestions. When I mentioned I'm heading out early to Ninh Binh, the staff proactively asked if I'd like my breakfast to be served directly to my room at no extra charge :'))). Oh! This is the first hotel that I went that serve oysters for breakfast - It was fresh, plump and juicy! The pool was breathtaking! Just little bit careful as the wet marble floors are slippery.
