Harbin Hotel Review: Is Harbin Fairfield by Marriott Worth Staying at?

My selection criteria were simple: brand and opening date. This hotel opened in recent years, and the reviews and photos looked good. The location is great. The north square of Harbin Railway Station is just a short walk away, and you can also visit St. Sophia Cathedral and the Yasilu Orphanage. It's also less than a 15-minute walk to Central Street. Of course, it's also easy to get a taxi from here. The hotel is fully heated. Check-in was smooth, and the superior king room was very clean. The design is simple and elegant, with clean lines and a color scheme of wood, white, and black. It's very comfortable and modern. The bathroom is on the left as you enter the room. It has a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries are complete. The most important thing is that it's very clean. The bed is very clean, and the comforter is soft and comfortable. I slept very well. Although the room doesn't have floor-to-ceiling windows, it gets plenty of light. The sofa by the window reminds me of a kang bed-stove, but maybe that's just my imagination. In any case, it's very comfortable to sit there in the sun.
