Semi-buffet lunch with good staple food｜Hotel COZI

There are several hotels near the Kwai Chung factory area. They originally focused on the business of independent travelers, but soon after they opened for business, pneumonia broke out, causing the tourism industry to enter a cold winter and business dropped significantly. Today I made an appointment with friends to have a happy Friday lunch near the company, and chose the semi-buffet lunch at Hotel COZi Tsuen Wan. The restaurant has bright lighting and a regular layout, with approximately 80 seats, which is pretty good for a small hotel. After we were seated, the waiter handed over the menu. There were only 4 main dishes to choose from. My friend and I chose beef cheek and lobster sauce tagliatelle respectively. After ordering, we went to the self-service bar outside for a walk. Although it is small, it has everything, including appetizers, salads, cold cuts, desserts, ice cream and fruits. The most surprising thing is that there is a pancake machine😮 I simply took the appetizer plate and salad🥗The appetizer tasted ordinary and the salad had beetroot, kale and romaine lettuce, etc. There were also several sauces, which were well matched. The main course was served before I finished the appetizers🥓The beef cheeks were stewed until soft and tasty, the sauce and the mashed potatoes below were filling, the baguette on top seemed to have been stored for too long, no longer crispy and a bit tough. The lobster sauce is weak, the shrimp meat is nice and chewy🦐The wide noodles are thick and have a good texture After the main course, we ordered desserts🍨I tried the homemade pancake machine, but it was a bit unpalatable, the powdery taste was very strong and it was hard to eat even with syrup🤢Other desserts such as cakes are slightly better than the affordable all-you-can-eat, but what is worth praising is that after eating each dessert, a new dessert will be replaced. Small hotels can also do a good job of changing dishes👍 🍦For ice cream, there is the cocoberry ice cream ball that has recently caused a bloody storm in the Hong Kong Ice Cream Concern Group.
