The square and park are located in the heart of Kai Tak City. They are planted with flowers and trees and are a great place for citizens to relax and unwind. Phase I of Kai Tak Station Plaza was built in the former airport north apron area, connecting the MTR Kai Tak Station. It covers an area of ​​approximately 3.5 hectares and provides a spacious and high-quality open-air plaza and lawn. The Kai Tak Boulevard Park, covering an area of ​​approximately 3.2 hectares, is adjacent to the Kai Tak Station Plaza and provides a variety of recreational facilities to meet the needs of people of different ages. Facilities include themed gardens, a children's playground, fitness equipment and a basketball court.
