The French onion soup 🥫 has a Chinese twist, but it's still delicious with the garlic bread on top. The bread is crispy and has a strong garlic flavor. The soup is outstanding, and the bread is perfect for dipping. The pan-seared Iberico pork chop with apple sauce 🐷🍎 is cooked to perfection. We chose it to be 70% cooked, and it's definitely the best pork I've ever had. It's not overcooked, and it's not too tough. The side dishes are also excellent, including baby carrots, sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and eggplants. The most special one is the baby carrots, which are crispy and delicious.
