#familytrips2024 Horse racing is one of the favourite and well known sport and culture in Hong Kong. Don’t miss the chance to watch the world standard races in live! Also interact with the winners at near distance! Sha Tin Racecourse is one of the two racecourses for horse racing in Hong Kong. It is located in Sha Tin in the New Territories. It is managed by Hong Kong Jockey Club. Penfold Park is encircled by the track, and the Hong Kong Sports Institute is located immediately south of the property. Note‼️ There are 2 racecourse in Hong Kong, one in Sha Tin (larger and global standard for international races), another one in Happy valley (located in city center). Date & Time⏰ The races are held regularly on Wednesday and Weekend. Remember to check on website for the schedule and location. It usually starts at 7pm night, 8-15 races per day. Transport🚇 The Racecourse station is opened only on race day. We took East Rail Line (light blue) MTR to reach the doorstep. Remember to check the railway destination at the station. Entry📌 Only people ABOVE 21 years old are allowed to enter. Passport holders are free to enter. Go to Gate 5 directly and show your ID. 🌟Jockey Club is a non-profit organization in Hong Kong.
