#January travel support event I finally went on a trip to Sai Kung, Hong Kong…! Sai Kung, a vacation spot for Hong Kong locals, is a place you can get to in about an hour from the city. It’s a city full of Italian vibes, so it was so healing. If you’re looking for a new and special travel destination during your trip to Hong Kong, I recommend staying in Sai Kung for a day. 🚌How to get to Sai Kung from downtown Hong Kong From Choi Hung Estate Station, go to the bus stop -> Take bus number 1 or 1A -> Travel for about 30-40 minutes and get off at Sai Kung Terminal Station 🏨Recommended Sai Kung Hotel - WM Hotel WM酒店 / I think many people will stay at this hotel if they travel to Sai Kung. It’s close to the city center and it’s not that old, so the facilities are clean. In particular, since pets are allowed, many travelers travel with their dogs. If you visit in the summer, be sure to use the large swimming pool :) 📍Places to visit in Sai Kung - Sai Kung Waterfront Park / Walking along the beach promenade is healing, and the sunset here is really beautiful. - Loaf On 六福菜館 / A Michelin-starred restaurant where you can enjoy a luxurious meal in Sai Kung, famous for its seafood - Sai Kung Seafood Street 西貢海鮮街 / A seafood street. In particular, they sell fresh seafood just caught from the boats in front of the sea, so it was fun to look around. - Little Cove Espresso / A famous brunch cafe in Sai Kung. It's also fun to add various toppings! - Sharp Island 橋咀洲 / If you visit in the summer, take a boat to Sharp Island! - BeCandle Sai Kung / If you want to buy souvenirs in Sai Kung, come here..! A place that sells scented souvenirs such as candles, diffusers, and room sprays. Sai Kung, a travel destination that was even better when I visited in person. It's a coastal and fishing village, so the feeling of the sea was really nice.
