The reason for my third visit to Hong Kong was the food.

In 2024 alone, I visited Hong Kong three times just to eat. Sister Wah's brisket was a place I tried for the first time. The beef brisket was tender and the broth was rich, which I really liked as a fan of meat broths. However, it wasn't particularly clean, so it might be difficult for those who prioritize cleanliness. Sharing tables is also a must. Chili Fagara is a 1-star restaurant, and their mapo tofu is incredibly delicious. You don't have to order a full course, so the price isn't too heavy. Plus, after enjoying the spicy food, there's a Bakehouse right next door, which is one of the reasons I revisited 🤣
