#chinatrip My old boss immigrated to the UK for a year and a half and returned to Hong Kong to celebrate the New Year🛬 Meet up with a group of colleagues to welcome and reunite🤗 I chose Wen Yuan Restaurant which has been recommended by Michelin Bib Gourmand for less than two years. The restaurant is hidden in a shopping mall in a housing estate in Wong Tai Sin🏢 The modern Chinese style simple interior design presents an elegant dining atmosphere👀 There are not many people on weekday nights. Our group of 14 people booked a corner box to be alone🪑 Osmanthus crispy duck can be served with cantaloupe and osmanthus sugar, a novel combination🦆🫔 The duck meat of two foods can be made into Songzi Ren Golden Oyster Duck Meat Lettuce Wraps🌮 The honey-glazed barbecued pork is just the right amount of fat and lean, the meat is tender and sweet enough🥓 The suckling pig is served whole so we can check in first and then take it back to the kitchen to chop it into crispy and delicious pieces🐖📸 I eat a lot of oysters, but this is the first time I eat golden oysters with longan candied fruit🦪 Snakes get fatter in autumn and winter. I haven't eaten snake soup for a long time.
