The pickled fish is very sour and spicy, just right in flavor. The fish slices are tender and boneless, with a generous portion. The bean sprouts and wide noodles at the bottom soak up all the soup, very delicious. The caramelized bananas are very tasty, with lots of caramel and an extravagant presentation, perfect for photos. The salted egg string beans are super delicious, can't stop eating. 😋
