Xixinan | A unique early autumn scene.

Finally, I came to Xixinan in early autumn. This hidden ancient village in Huizhou is like a slowly unfolding ink painting. 🖼️ As I stepped into the village, the first thing that caught my eye was the wooden bridge. The early autumn breeze gently brushed by, and the leaves had already begun to turn mottled gold and light red and green. The sunlight filtered through the gaps in the branches and leaves, casting specks of light. ✨ As I strolled along, the soft soil and fallen leaves underfoot made a faint sound, as if telling an ancient story. Walking along the stream, the water was still crystal clear, but it was quieter and cooler than in summer. Along the stream, there were some ancient houses scattered around. 🏠 The white walls and black tiles looked even more simple and elegant against the green trees and yellow leaves. Occasionally, I saw a few villagers sitting at the door chatting leisurely, as if time had slowed down here. There were also some small alleys in the village, winding and secluded. As I wandered through them, I found many surprises, such as old wood carvings and exquisite window lattices, all showcasing the unique charm of Huizhou architecture. The afterglow of the setting sun fell on the bluestone road of the ancient village, as if covering the years with a layer of golden gauze. The light and shadow of the setting sun slowly fell on the white walls and black tiles, standing silently in the light and shadow, as if quietly telling stories of the past.
